TSA Case Study

“The extensive scope of the UniPhi platform left a lasting impression on us. Coupled with the expertise exhibited by the delivery team, we are confident that this project will deliver the substantial benefits identified by TSA ”

Kevin Brennan - Associate Director at TSA Management

Background

TSA founded in 2001 is a diverse, collaborative and flexible organisation and not just in projects, but in their workforce and the way they do business. UniPhi and TSA partnered in collaborating to integrate it’s project management system with a complex carbon calculator and environmental materials system. This was not putting the project system on hold as improvements were also being developed with customised Power BI reporting to facilitate the availability and assessment on the results of any projects to the relevant internal and external stakeholders.

UniPhi have been working with TSA for the past two years, collaborating on evolving their project management resources and processes for continous improvement in the way they do business. The goal to maintain their forward thinking and agile capabilities, ensuring best outcomes for all client engagement through build or advice on any TSA project.

The following is a joint commentary piece from TSA and UniPhi. This overview demonstrates what aligned partnering can achieve for both businesses, by being involved in thinking of future industry and business systems project development capacity.

Partnering for a better future in Project Management

UniPhi is proud to be partnering with TSA in their journey to implement our project portfolio management platform, now referred to as ‘Athena’ following configuration and customisation to meet TSA’s needs. From November 2022, Athena will provide TSA’s clients with a higher quality of service, as well as giving the project managers more time to devote to achieving positive outcomes. Furthermore, the software will be integrated into other TSA systems to create a comprehensive framework for information sharing.

Kevin Brennan from TSA shared his perspective, stating “The extensive scope of the UniPhi Ultimately, we anticipate that this knowledge will pave the way for cutting-edge machine learning insights into common project challenges, enabling our clients to pre-emptively address issues before they materialise. TSA Forward thinking

TSA’s ability to go beyond the status quo aligns with UniPhi’s idealogy and awareness of the endless capabitilites to build what’s required in project portfolio and practice management software functionality. The opportunities are endless, if it’s essential for better outcomes, UniPhi can build it and make it happen. As TSA develop and implement their vision of success in project and portfolio management using ‘Athena’, UniPhi will continue to support TSA with their vision by providing them with the software that makes this possible.
