Administering Outcomes

Program and project managers working on various projects are put in an unenviable position. They must not only lead the project team and perform core project management functions, but also carry out a variety of administrative tasks that siphon time away from higher value duties. This is why using a project administrator to handle the more routine, administrative tasks is the most efficient way to go.

UniPhi enables project administrators to complete these tasks and more, including:

Risk Management

Risk Rating Chart

Advanced risk management system that permits project administrators to raise, rate, mitigate and plan for risks that can severely harm projects. The administrator can both assign mitigation actions to team members (who will see this assignment in the My Work tabs) and apply due dates to risks to track risk mitigation effectiveness.

Document Register

Template and document management system that facilitates documentation and easy access to the right version. Project administrators can digitally approve documents and determine who still needs to sign off. The system includes a transmittal register at the end of documents to record name of sender and date of documents e-mailed. This includes being able to place a digital signature on documents sent from UniPhi. UniPhi also has advanced template control features, such as allowing users to link to other UniPhi documents, and automatically attaching the document to e-mail when rendering it in PDF.
