manage the programme don't administer it

How much time is spent on large programmes collecting and entering data? Typically, programmes involving millions (and billions) of dollars are managed through email, spreadsheets and a cacophony of fileshare directories. Alternatively, what is the user uptake of large programme management tools? The key reason large programme management applications don't work is that the terminology is so project management specific that unless the entire resource pool are PMPĀ© certified there's no way they can know how to use it.

UniPhi solves both issues by providing a simplistic and clean interface with language that all users can understand. Once all users are comfortable with entering information into the system, programme information is a matter of consolidation (something that databases are designed to do). The end result is programme managers managing the programme rather than spending all their time administering it.
