Proof of Concept

We understand the need for strategic alignment more than any other service provider. Hence we have developed a robust proof of concept (P.O.C.) process. The P.O.C. has two phases.

Phase 1 – Pre deployment (1 month)

• Install the software and set up authentication mode as well as integration to active directory.
• Train Program office staff in the functionality of the system
• Program office staff populate the system with methodology content, templates and processes
• Pilot project team members are trained in the use of the system

Phase 2 – Deployment (2 months)

• Team members are assigned roles on pilot project and project is managed using the mbh methodology and portfolio management system.

Our P.O.C. process allows you to trial UniPhi in a live environment. We will deploy our software, training 10 staff in the use of the system, train program office staff in the administration, set up a content creation process, assist with the “go live” date and be on hand with 40 hours of support through a two month proof of concept phase. Once completed, UniPhi software will be ready to push across the organisation.

Total cost of P.O.C – $20,000 ex GST and this fee is deductible from your full deployment license fees!
