UniPhi’s license for the organisation is simple. $1,000 per user plus $10,000 server license. Minimum deployment is 10 user licenses and 1 server license. Meaning that the minimum license fee is $20,000. Deployment fees start at $10,000. The system comes with 50 standard reports and 30 standard templates. Templates are configurable by the end user and customisations are usually limited in scope.

Scope of a 10 user deployment for 20k is:

• Install and configure of UniPhi on internal servers
• 1 day training of program office/administrator users
• 40 hours support for administrators in setting up the system
• 1 day training of users of the system

Larger deployments will be quoted once full requirements are given.

Excluded from deployment is install of the operating system and database on the internal server
Excluded from maintenance is internal database administration – backups and management of the server operating systems is the responsibility of the client

Per Project

UniPhi can be deployed for your project. This deployment is best suited post procurement as it takes advantage of UniPhi’s transparent document sharing and project status information. Coming soon – externally hosted software as a service

UniPhi will launch with its 5.0 version an externally hosted product that enables sharing of documents, as well as individual use of UniPhi’s other functions. This system will synchronise relevant data with internally hosted UniPhi deployments, as well as provide for an effective way to collaborate on mega projects.

In addition to this tight collaboration, this new externally hosted version will be offered to the sole practitioner who can manage their freelance projects through a monthly subscription to UniPhi. Register your interest via the demo/webinar rego page
