The UniPhi pricing per user is $1000 with a minimum of 10 licenses, the system
is configured to allow the following license types:
Timesheet Only License
Scope of license
Users can allocate time to tasks in the timesheet system.
User License
Scope of license
Users can be allocated an access level 1 role on a project. Access level 1
roles can:

Browse the methodology created by the program office;

create documents, issues and risks for the projects their working on;

View the portfolio of projects on the project summary view and via the
reporting system;

View their documentation issues and risks via the my projects tab and
-
Search both for methodology content as well as project documentation.
Super User License
Scope of license
Super users can be assigned access level 1, 2 or 3 project roles. Access level
2 and 3 project roles can:

Assign team members to issues and risk mitigation actions;
-
Assign due dates to documents, issues and risk mitigation actions;
-
Complete bulk update of issues including assignments and due dates;
-
Sign off resolved issues that are set to "awaiting review";
-
Import projects from MS Project plans.
Administrator License
Scope of license
Administrators are responsible for the maintenance of UniPhi including:

Populate the navigation tree;
-
Create and maintain the methodology workflow models;
-
Create and maintain the methodology library pages;
-
Create and maintain the methodology templates;
-
Create and maintain the project life cycle;
-
Create and maintain the project roles and responsibilities;
-
Create and maintain the allocation of roles to documentation;
-
Set up the issues status process;
-
Set up the document sign off process ;
-
Close out projects upon completion.
