Insert a scanned signature into your UniPhi documents

Postby grahameldridge » Fri Jan 27, 2017 9:35 am

UniPhi allows you to attach a scanned image of your signature which can then be inserted into UniPhi documents when you sign them off.
Here's how:
Scan a copy of your signature and save it as a jpg or png file.
Go to a resource contact
Scroll down to the document signature and press the Browse button
Locate the scanned copy of your signature.
Save.
add scanned signature1.png

Your signature will now appear when you sign off documents with the signature output turned on.

Signatures look best when saved as 150px to 200px file size. This can be set in image editing software such as Microsoft Paint.
resize Signature.jpg

If you want to change your signature, simply save another scanned copy of your signature and reattach as per the above instructions
