This feature allows you to create a benchmarked s-curve of cash flow for your project.
The new benchmark cash flow phasing algorithm actually references your own data in order to calculate the spread of costs across your project.
From your contract tab, you can select the auto phasing button.
Here you will find a calendar selection where you an nominate the start and end date of your projects cash flow. Then select the benchmark method.
The benchmark then allows you to hone in on the type and style of projects that you wish to use as benchmark. What you will see is a list of projects which have since been closed, that your benchmark cash flow will reference.
In the event that the projects displayed in the list, you can apply filters that effectively include or exclude particular projects from the benchmark list. It's also possible to select your own project custom fields in order to get just the right set of data on which to base your cash flow.
The result is a highly accurate s cure of your projects cash flow, which takes only moments to produce and is so reliable, you can take it straight to the bank!
We think this feature is unique, and another great way that UniPhi allows you to enter data once, and re-use it in many ways.
What do you think? Have you seen any similar functionality in software programs, and what can we do to improve on this feature?
