Budgeting

Budgeting is as much an art as a science. Every artist needs the proper tools to make a masterpiece. UniPhi is the ‘canvas’ that brings the art and science of project budgeting together. UniPhi takes the uncertainty out of the budget process by generating accurate budget estimates and re-forecasting and tracking actuals to budget. UniPhi’s document system then enables the seamless communication of commitments, estimates and actuals to clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders. UniPhi allows the creation of different budget versions and snapshots of the budget and phasing data. Project managers can also overwrite a current budget with an older version if necessary. The system also enables accounting and project costs template control.
