UniPhi caters to all contract types, as well as variations to contracts, percentage complete calculations, cost tracking to budget and progress claims for completed work. The platform eliminates the need to use Excel and Word documentation, manual calculations and NT file system structures. This enables easy access to relevant contract information and superior organisation, productivity, and results.
UniPhi also allows the contextualization of document links when viewing a contract so that the user does not need to select the contract again when creating a progress claim, variation or extension of time (EOT) document.
