Project Integration

A project consists of so many different, often competing, priorities that it is easy to lose control. Project integration involves the integration of different aspects of the project, as well as the project with the organisation’s strategic vision. UniPhi’s status reports combine project progress, outstanding issues, risks and change requests. This enables the analysis of the report’s output and includes commentary to explain variances. UniPhi also allows the analysis of progress reports and report sign off through the ‘My Projects’ summary tab.
