Change Requests

Any experienced project manager has found him or herself working on a ‘Vampire Project’ – you want to kill it, but it won’t die, draining the life out of the project and the team. Much of this angst is the result of ‘scope creep’, which if not competently addressed turns a project into a real nightmare. UniPhi prevents project scope creep with the Change Requests system. Users can raise a change request, amend the time scale and budget, explain the benefits impact and allocate sign off. All licensed users can access the master change, so scope change register is accessible by all licensed users and the history of scope change easily tracked and reviewed.
