Portfolio Reporting

Organisations striving for sustainable competitive advantage must both select and maintain correct project portfolios and execute the resulting programs and projects as effectively as possible. Common issues with achieving maturity in these areas are a lack of transparency in communication, time consuming data consolidation and a lack of high level views on progress.

UniPhi has a ‘Dashboard’ tab to view vital project statistics in chart form, such as risk trends, forecast versus budget costs and time and the level of high/medium/low issues. UniPhi also has a ‘Portfolio’ summary tab where ‘rag’ (red-amber-green) status lights instantly indicate whether a project is on track or in serious trouble.
