UniPhi's template and document management system expedites quality documentation and easy access to the right document version. UniPhi provides clarity into which project team members have or have not digitally signed off on documents with one click. UniPhi’s document management system is the most sophisticated aspect of the platform, yet it is still highly intuitive to use and provides a clear understanding of project concept, scope and objectives.

The system includes robust e-mail functionality, such as a transmittal register at the end of documents to record name of sender and date of documents e-mailed, the ability to place a digital signature on documents sent from UniPhi, and simplifying how UniPhi-created documents are e-mailed. UniPhi also has advanced template control features, such as allowing users to link to other UniPhi documents, and the automatic attachment of the document to e-mail when rendering it in PDF.

UniPhi enables users to repeat automatically in templates certain data such as contact information, so that data only need be input once. The system permits detailed Progress Claim template control with individual percentage completes for each deliverable. UniPhi also provides previews and fine grain control over the issues template control when creating a document. The platform support project and accounting costs template control.
