UniPhi has been developed by mbh; a management consultancy, registered training
organisation and software provider specialising in change, portfolio and
project management. mbh was founded in 1999 primarily as a management
consultancy. The other two business units, mbh training and mbh software have
evolved over time to fill niches in the market. The mbh product set ranges from
facilitated workshops, quality project, feasibility and change management
training and software (UniPhi) to support project prioritisation and execution.

missing various aspects of this targeted product set.

mbh training - adult education not just training
mbh training is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Our courses include
off-the-shelf and customised training in the various aspects of Managing by
Project. Courses range from our vocational qualifications in project management
to our business leading course on creating business cases and on managing
change.
mbh software - proving portfolio management is not a buzz
word
mbh software provides clients with quality web based applications utilising SQL
Server and .Net architecture. OUr focus is on robust operational applications
that have simple and intuitive designs. mbh software are the core architects of
UniPhi; the mbh owned portfolio and project management system.
